Dietary Supplement. This product provides 275 mg of Caffeine and 7.5 mg of Synephrine per serving (3 capsules).
Recommended Use: Take three (3) Lean Stack capsules prior to morning and afternoon meal or use as directed by a physician or licensed nutritionist. Begin with one (1) capsule two (2) times per day for the first week to asses tolerance. Do not exceed six (6) capsules daily. Do not take after 5:00 p.m. if you have difficulty sleeping. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings: This product contains caffeine, synephrine and other stimulating ingredients and should not be used by individuals wishing to eliminated these ingredients from their diet. Do not exceed recommended dose. Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, food, and beverages while taking this product. Too much caffeine and other compounds in this product may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, muscle tremor, headache, lightheadedness, mild delirium, rapid heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain. Consult a physician before use if taking prescription or over the counter medications. Not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure, heart, liver, kidney disease, or other serious medical conditions. Do not use with drugs or alcohol. Do not use if pregnant or nursing a baby. Do not use during strenuous activity in high temperature conditions. Keep out of reach of children. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine. No Aspartame.
