Recommended Use: Take 2 capsules with at least 8 fluid ounces (a full glass) of water approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. DO not exceed a total of 6 capsules per day. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus. Do not take this product if you have nasal or throat congestion, difficulty in swallowing, narrowing of the esophagus, or an intestinal obstruction. Do not take this product if you have ever experienced any difficulty in swallowing pills. If you experience difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediately medical attention. Take this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any side effects.
