Carbs per meal: 65g-84g; Fats per meal: 16g-23g; 15 min before meal: 3 capsules; 15 min. after meal: 3 capsules. Carbs per meal: 85g+; Fats per meal: 24g+; 15 min before meal: 4 capsules; 15 min after meal: 4 capsules.
Warnings: Do not use Cheaters Relief if you are sensitive or allergic to shellfish (this product contains Chitosan which is derived from shellfish).
