Recommended Use: Daily Recommendations: Take 1 tablet with a glass of water 15 minutes before exercise or before the need for mental alertness. The energy and mental alertness will continue for 4 to 5 hours. Do not exceed more than 2 tablets per 24 hours. Not recommended 4 hours before sleep.

Discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner if dizziness, sleeplessness, tremors, nervousness, headache, or heart palpitations occur. If you have trouble sleeping, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed daily recommendations. Keep out of reach of children. Competitive athletes should always check with their health care professional(s) before use. It is recommended all athletes conduct a preventative blood test to determine for themselves if ProCosanoid, an active ingredient in the tablet formula, violates any restricted substances lists supplied by their sport's unique regulations.
