Shipping Policies:
Achieve Nutrition currently ships orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states exclusively. All orders are shipped via UPS. Depending on product availability, orders usually arrive within 1 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. No packages are delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Achieve Nutrition does not require a signature for your package, but UPS may require a signature for your delivery solely at the discretion of UPS.
Achieve Nutrition has a simple shipping fee for all orders: Flat Rate $5.95 up to 10 pounds and $.60 each additional pound.
Shipping Address Errors:
We generate our shipping labels directly from the information you enter during checkout. Please verify the shipping address you have entered is correct. Incorrect shipping information creates late deliveries and additional UPS fees. Our UPS account is automatically charged $5.00 for every address correction UPS makes. In the event that your address is corrected by UPS (in order to complete the delivery), you will be responsible for the $5.00 fee.
Product Availability:
Achieve Nutrition offers literally thousands of nutritional supplements and sports nutrition supplements. We take pride in providing a website that has what we believe to be the largest selection in the industry. The Achieve Nutrition website is fully integrated with our inventory system and updated daily. Products that are not available are indicated as "OUT OF STOCK" and the ability to add them to your cart is disabled until those products are back in stock. However, in the unlikely event a product that you have ordered is out of stock, you will receive a notification via email. We only ship whole orders, but customers can request a split shipment. Split shipments do have additional shipping fees. If you believe this is necessary, please contact us and we will make every effort to accomodate your request.
Order Changes and Cancelations:
Please review your shopping cart carefully before submitting your order. All orders are processed immediately and routed to our warehouse for fulfillment. For this reason, we cannot change or cancel the order once it has been submitted. While giving up a little flexibility, this streamlined process has increased customer satisfaction overall as orders spend less time in processing and get to the warehouse and delivery trucks faster.
Return Policies:
Any difficulties with your order must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
If the problem is our fault (damages, incorrect item), we will replace at our expense or issue a refund if you choose.
All returns must be authorized and have an RMA number clearly posted on the box.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.
Returns will only be accepted if items are unopened and in a condition that allows for resale.
Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any package returned without an RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
Refused order deliveries are treated as returns when they get back to our warehouse. Restocking fees apply.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for returns & refunds to be processed once the package has been returned to our warehouse.
Right of Refusal:
Achieve Nutrition reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order. Any type of order confirmation you receive does not indicate the acceptance of your order. If an order appears fraudulent, we also reserve the right to notify the proper authorities and, if applicable, the card holder. We diligently screen for fraud.
